Delete your account

1. Email hi5usacalifornia@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We confirm the request and close the account.
3. Your data is removed within 30 days.

• Your profile: name, emoji, bio, city and trust level.
• Activities and events you hosted, and your place in activities you joined.
• Your posts, likes, Hi5s and direct messages.
• Your sign-in credentials.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or where we need them to handle a safety report or prevent abuse. These are stored separately and are not used to contact you.

If you host upcoming activities, consider cancelling them first so the people who joined are not left waiting. Questions? See Support.
