Email us with a link or a description and we will review it. Reports about safety, harassment or illegal content are handled first, normally within 24 hours, and we may remove the content and suspend the account.

• The map is empty. Allow location access in your browser or phone settings, then reload. Without it we centre on a default area.
• I can't sign in. Use the same method you signed up with (email or Google). If you used email, reset your password from the sign-in screen.
• How do I cancel an activity I am hosting? Open the activity and choose Cancel. People who joined will see it is cancelled.
